Welcome to Soul2sole Dancewear. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our websites (www.soul2soledancewear.co.uk and soul2soledancewear.company.site) and the purchase of goods from us. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Soul2sole Dancewear is a business registered in the United Kingdom.
You must be 18 years of age or over to place an order on our website. If you are a parent or guardian ordering on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and accept these terms on their behalf.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Select your items, add them to your basket, and follow the checkout process. You will be asked to provide your contact, delivery, and payment details.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. This is when a contract is formed between us. If we are unable to accept your order (for example, due to stock availability or a pricing error), we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been taken.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. While we take every care to ensure accuracy, if a pricing or description error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept payment via Lightspeed, our website platform, which supports credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
We deliver using Royal Mail. Delivery timescales and charges are set out on our Shipping & Payment page. These are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within that 14-day period by emailing vanessa@soul2soledancewear.co.uk.
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All content on our website — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by Soul2sole Dancewear or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, sizes, and descriptions. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. If a product does not match its description in a material way, you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
We take your privacy seriously. Details of how we collect, store, and use your personal data — and your rights under UK GDPR — are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and can be found on our website.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or our service, please contact us in the first instance at vanessa@soul2soledancewear.co.uk. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days and resolve them fairly and promptly.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. We will provide details of available schemes if this becomes necessary.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The ‘last updated’ date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
